James Oldfield creates Ludd in Richard Taylor and Stephen Plaice’s Ludd and Isis, a new opera for the opening of the Royal Opera House Production Park, at the Bob and Tamar Manoukian Production Workshop, Purfleet, Essex, on 6, 7, 8, 10 and 11 December 2010. On 22 December, he sings Messiah for the Huddersfield Choral Society with the Northern Sinfonia conducted by Jane Glover.
